She’s told to hold on to “him” who ends up being a fellow passenger named Harvey. While most of Michaela’s callings have led her to some last minute saves, Manifest gives her a different outcome. To top it off, she helps Grace pick out some new makeup for date night. She even answers her mom’s FaceTime call at school to confirm she took him to his classroom and would find him at lunch. Olive walks her brother to school and even holds his hand which definitely wins her the award of the best sibling. Nevertheless, this does allow us to see the twins bonding, something we’ve been sorely missing. It’s a big step, especially because we know Marko is still out there and Cal could get sick again at any time. While Ben doesn’t necessarily agree with it, he also decides to let Cal return to school. He brings Grace coffee in the morning and the two agree to go on a date later. This week continues that tradition with Ben carrying the main storyline on his shoulders.īefore donning his suit and becoming espionage Ben, he needs to be the family man. Ben’s storyline has been the most effective as he balances both the supernatural and family elements of the show. Manifest has spent a lot of this season showing how the passengers have struggled to adapt to their new lives.
